Job Description:

Client service managers are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. They ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and may identify opportunities for additional services.

Entry Requirements of this Job:

The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate must possess a BTEC/SQA award, A levels/H grades or equivalent qualification. However experience in working in similar position for long time will be considered and preferred.

Tasks required by this job include:

  • ensuring that the plan and policy decision of the manager is complied with the team in order to ensure smooth running of business.
  • developing and implementing policies and procedures to deal effectively with cleint’s requirements and complaints;
  • dealing with each complaint immediately to ensure proper client service.
  • examining customer feedback in collaboration with other team member in order to enhance the quality of the service;
  • strategically arranging and managing the operations of support and advisory services for clients, ensuring that the team delivers optimal service to all client
